Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We ship within the United States only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping isn’t available yet. If you’d like a puzzle sent elsewhere, email hello@cowpattypuzzle.com.

Processing time. Orders ship within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Busy periods may take a little longer.

Rates.

• Mainland U.S.: $5.95 for one puzzle, $9.00 for two, free for three or more.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: $9.95 for one puzzle, $14 for two or more. [Free shipping on 3+ does not apply.]

Our rates are flat and reflect real freight costs. We don’t add a handling markup.

Tracking and delivery. We email tracking when your order ships. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location, and we can’t guarantee delivery dates.

Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Email us at hello@cowpattypuzzle.com within 30 days of delivery (or, if it never arrived, within 30 days of the ship date) with your order number and photos if damaged. We’ll send a replacement.

Address errors. Please double-check your address at checkout. We can’t redirect a package once it has shipped.
